three fruit smoothies for summer

Our blender is the best thing my roommate and I bought for our apartment this year. The first month we got it, we made smoothies for ourselves every other day. Best $15 ever spent. Since the summer is approaching, I thought I’d share some of the recipes I came up with. All you’ve got to do is blend everything together, and you’re good to go. These three drinks are simple, delicious, and oh so refreshing.


Raspberry and Peach Shake

Ingredients:
  • 80g peaches, cubed (preferably frozen)

  • 40g raspberries (preferably frozen)

  • 20ml lemon juice

  • 100ml water

  • 3/4 tbsp sugar, dissolved into 15ml hot water

  • 35g ice

Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 115g strawberries, halved (preferably frozen)

  • 85g honey greek yogurt

  • 60ml milk

  • 60g ice

Honey Lemon Cooler

Ingredients:
  • 7 mint leaves

  • 30g honey

  • 80ml hot water

  • 50ml lemon juice

  • 100g ice
